HSN Group commenced its operations in May 2003 with its first vertical named HSN Realty Services now formerly known as HSN Realty Services India Private Limited specializing in Commercial Real Estate facilitating the Office Space Transactions to Corporate Clients majorly Multinational Companies which redefined the functioning of Realty Transactions in India.

Though initially we started giving them references but we realised that they were not quite comfortable working with local vendors and hence was born the idea of HSN INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED. The whole objective of setting up this venture was to give an end to end solution to our corporate clients right from searching the office space to ensuring that they are settled in it and happily.

Hence was born our new venture HSP OFFICE BASICS PRIVATE LIMITED with the sole idea of solving out this problem for our corporate clients, we started small with a few of our core clients to gain expertise and now its one of the most prominent Office Supplies Companies in India serving renowned Corporate Clients in most of the prime cities in India. Our Client list includes many Fortune 500 Companies having a strong base in India and expanding passionately year on year.

OBASIX INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a prominent Manufacturer and Importer of high-quality Office Stationery including but not limited to Files, Folders, Writing instruments, desk accessories, Self-Adhesive Tapes, Writing Boards and its accessories, Stands, other Office Accessories and much more. All offered products are made using quality tested materials and latest technology. We possess state-of-the-art infrastructure to cater to the needs of our clients and keep ourselves abrest of the latest technologies and materials that come in the market place to ensure that our clients are the first ones to get benefitted from the same. We also have an in-house quality testing department with latest instruments for conducting various rigorous tests on the manufactured products. HSN Group has also ventured by the name of HSF INTERNATIONAL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED in the EXIM trade of Fertilizer and Fertilizer Raw material as well as intermediates and is representing Principal Global Suppliers for sale of their products in Indian market with experienced personnel in the field of fertilizer imports and logistics of shipping, International marketing, port operation, quality inspection etc. to give the best services to the buyers in the Indian Market.

HSF INTERNATIONAL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED has been formed to carry on the business of consultancy, trading and importing of various commodities including but not limited to finished fertilizers and fertilizer raw materials or intermediates for complex fertilizer manufacturers and other companies. To also impart consultation on logistics of various commodities by road, rail, waterways and coastal shipping and also provide consultancy to the Companies who would like to enhance the sale of their fertilizers, coal and other products to India.

HSF INTERNATIONAL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED subject to requirement may carry business of import & export, setting up distribution & dealer networks, and agents in agro chemical products, fertilizers and insecticides, pesticides chemical manure and allied phosphoric manures, potassium manures and granulated manures, fertiliser with mixture of calcium nitrate and ammonium nitrate (and) mixture of calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate and also in all types of liquid and solid fertilizers.

HSF INTERNATIONAL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED intends to enter into buying, selling, import, export, treat in and deal in any kind of chemicals, petroleum and gas, petro chemicals and plastics, fertilizers or other things which the company is authorized to trade any raw materials required for the manufacturing of any chemicals or fertilizers or other things. To establish, organize, manage, charter, conduct, contract, develop, handle, own, operate and to do business as fleet carriers, transporters, in all its branches on land, air, water, & space, for transporting goods, articles, or things on all routes and lines on National and International level subject to law in force through all sorts of carries like trucks, lorries, trawlers, dumpers, coaches, tankers, tractors, haulers, jeeps, trailers, motor buses, omnibuses, motor taxies, railways, tramways, aircrafts, hovercrafts, rockers, ships, vessels, boats, barges and so on whether propelled by petrol, diesel, electricity, steam oil, atomic power or any other form of power.
