However, Grade A serviced offices tariff is based on per seat basis only (this includes the Electricity, AC charges, Power backup etc as mentioned above, for the normal office hours).

The suites are subject to availability on day to day basis. Grade B: These are the Independent office space in the buildings, which are not Centrally AC. In these office suites the occupant has to install their own Air-conditioners. Few buildings provide Power backup facility and few don’t. The buildings are of average quality and the rentals are also less compared to Grade A buildings.
