The confirmation of space is subject to availability and signing of contract between service provider and the Company (tenant). Please call or email for the proposal and tariff / charges. The suites are subject to availability on day to day basis. The charge of telephone call, internet, photocopy, secretarial services, printing is extra as per rates decided by respective business centers.

Independent Offices

Independent Office space is one of the most popular search requests. These are very cost effective in respect of long term lease agreements when we compare it with the Serviced Offices. The Independent Office space rental market is generally defined by the quality of the commercial office space and ranked accordingly.

Grade A:
The commercial buildings with Grade A infrastructure, layout and impeccable quality construction. High standards services, having Centrally Air-conditioned office suites including common areas, 100% power backup, top of the line security arrangements and car parking etc. Most commercial office space of this caliber provides office space for lease by suites having separate unit numbers.

Grade B: These are the Independent office space in the buildings, which are not Centrally AC. In these office suites the occupant has to install their own Air-conditioners. Few buildings provide Power backup facility and few don’t. The buildings are of average quality and the rentals are also less compared to Grade A buildings.

Office space for lease has two typical office space rental structures and the most common one in India is for Independent Office Suites where commercial real estate tenants pay a base rent, maintenance, electricity charges; cost of car parking etc. separately. The market of Independent office space for lease is a dynamic marketplace that changes daily. The other model is of fully serviced office building where the rental rate is all inclusive.
